Great hotel in the center of Old San Juan. Nice rooftop, but a large area was closed and under construction. We loved the "hidden " bar and stopped by every evening for a nightcap. We had breakfast once at the hotel (not included). The Belgium waffles were great, but the coffee (no capuchino) was bitter. Service at the bar, restaurant, and front desk was always friendly and helpful. The room cleaning service, on the other hand , needs some improvements. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

We stayed here for 2 night of a 2 week vacation and it was perfect for our purposes. Room was ok. The TV didn't work but overall the room was clean and comfortable. We hung out on the rooftop a little bit but didn't use the hot tubs. The breakfast from the restaurant was good. We had good service from the wait staff and the front desk. Excellent location for exploring old San Juan. We enjoyed our stay. Worth the price.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of San Juan. The rooftop space was amazing with outdoor tubs and lounge areas. Breakfast at the hotel was perfect. 5 stars!

What a great hotel in the heart of Old San Juan! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the small side but nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. We asked for a room with a terrace, which made a big difference, I suppose, as some reviews complained that their room had no window. The terrace had a small table with two chairs and looked out over the street…lovely. The hotel has two rooftop sitting areas that offer a great view and have comfortable seating with protection from the sun. Both rooftops have hot tubs, one with individual hot tubs and the other with typical hot tubs for several people. The breakfast is varied and quite delicious. The hotel is uniquely decorated and so interesting. My favorite thing in the hotel is the “speakeasy” bar. It is exactly what I imagine a “speakeasy” to have been: small and dark but very comfortable and a full bar. If you want a chain hotel experience or super luxurious accommodations, stay elsewhere, but you’re really missing out. I highly recommend the Casa Blanca.

Great little space for the end of our honeymoon! We stayed here on the last night of our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! Great location with plenty of fantastic restaurants and nightlife. Relatively close to the airport and not much traffic to return the rental car. As far as the hotel, Chase travel details listed a later checkout time than was accurate and the front desk staff was helpful and kind. The Housekeeping staff was very friendly and the rooms utilize the space extremely well. highly recommend staying here If you are in Old San Juan!

Nice spot Nice spot in the heart of the city. A boutique hotel so a little quirky (in a good way). Our room was nice and big, a king size bed very comfortable. Not wild about no balcony or windows to the outside. It’s ok for a night or two, but that would be my max. Loved that you could walk all over the city from this location.

Central and fun Old San Juan hotel We stayed here for our two nights in Old San Juan. Great location, uber-friendly staff, comfy room with a balcony. The rooftop hot tub was a welcome addition. We didn't try the rooftop stone baths but they looked fun and unusual--and once again, another rooftop amenity. Plenty of restaurants nearby!

In the heart of Old San Juan We totally enjoyed staying at the Casablanca Hotel in Old San Juan. This is an older classic hotel with beautiful decor. The rooms were quiet and adequate. The small restaurant bar next door was also fun. Much of old San Juan was within walking distance. We’ll stay here again!
