Immediately we got hit with a beautiful front desk area and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We booked it as a pre and post cruise hotel because the it was in the center of everything and walking distance to the port. Both rooms were unique and very comfortable. The rooftop was perfect to unwind after a long day of walking.The staff gave fantastic suggestions about what to do and where to eat. Overall, beautiful hotel with great staff. We knew it was likely the hotel would not have AC after the hurricane and upon arrival were told they did not. They gave us a discount and made sure our every need was taken care of, had fans in the room, etc. Even carried our luggage up four flights with a smile.

My husband contacted them about our daughter's purse 3 days after leaving it at the hotel and they saved it for us for a week AND let us hang out at the hotel today while waiting on our flight.

Super friendly and the rooms (and building) are cool! The sunrise from the 6th floor rooftop is amazing! read less

The room was excellent for what I wanted. The tubs on the top floor came in very handy post race for soaking myself in epsom salt. Hotel is very beautiful inside and out and the Casablanca theme is well represented throughout the entire hotel! The hotel itself is centrally located and within walking distance to everything. Their front desk attendants are the BEST! Miguel is always so kind and helpful with recommendations of local food spots.

Near the hotel you have so many bars and a quick walk takes you to the port where all the cruises dock. Right next to hem you can find a ferry which is only .50 cents per way/per person which takes you to the Bacardi factory (a must do in Puerto Rico)

Also I love the rooms. The beds are very comfortable, cozy and great for a good night sleep. The decoration is jaw dropping... again I can stay here for a little longer. The bathrooms are well equipped and if you need a hair dryer or steamer than you can request one with your personalized room tablet. So convenient! You ale your request and one do the kind front desk guys will come up and bring over to you.

I honestly could have not chosen a better hotel. I was so happy with our stay that I am sad to leave! read less

Each room is different, the flooring changes throughout the hotel and there are unique and interesting touches everywhere. The rooms are gorgeous and are like living in the early 1900s in CasaBlanca. Attention to detail in decor is amazing. Rooftop hot tubs and lounging areas are great. The "speak easy" bar is wonderful. Food from the kitchen is great and well priced. The hotel has a generator which is a must in Puerto Rico as power outages are common. The staff is courteous and very easy to deal with. They also have a deal with one of the parking garages for $15/ 24hrs. Right in tthe heart of Old San Juan, fabulous!!! read less
