The hotel offers a discounted parking for about $18 a day however if you don't mind walking a couple of blocks you find a $3 per day public parking (ask the name at the reception attendant) The hotel is a bit old however it is very detailed decorated. The rooftop views and the bathtubs were quite unique. We booked the 2 bedroom for our fam and the master room had a small shared balcony to the street which was very tranquil at night and morning to have a cup of wine or coffee. The staff is very courteous and friend and always willing to help. Overall, I will recommend Casa Blanca for a couple of family trip!! The room was excellent for what I wanted. The tubs on the top floor came in very handy post race for soaking myself in epsom salt. Hotel is very beautiful inside and out and the Casablanca theme is well represented throughout the entire hotel! The hotel itself is centrally located and within walking distance to everything. The cleanliness of our rooms really stood out. Our first stay was a huge room with a sitting area. (See picture.). We had to carry our luggage up stairs though to get to it. The second stay (a week after we came back from our cruise) provided a very small room which was hard to maneuver around 5 pieces of luggage. We were able to use the elevator to access our room then though. Staff was helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. We were able to drop off our luggage until check-in in a small room off the lobby which was great for our timing. read less

The staff was friendly and the their service extends beyond just your stay! We were able to leave our bags after checkout and stop in to use the restroom and rooftop lounge when we returned from our cruise.
It is within walking distance to one cruise port, but not the other, so check your port location if you're staying here for a cruise. This location isn't ideal if you plan to stay in the hotel all day, it's small with not a lot of amenities, but there were just enough to make the experience memorable. We'll be back! read less

We stayed on the fourth floor two room Superior Suite with a balcony overlooking the street below. Great room indeed=kids loved having their own room and I loved the balcony. The rooftop lounge area was so relaxing. We'd sit up there watching the nightlife below. The lobby was very stunning. clean, modern, with Casablanca always playing. The shower was a little tricky to figure out and the floor could’ve been cleaner, but the Saharan Dust was in full swing so I won’t be harsh. Location is great! Was able to walk around, find amazing food. I’m from PR and Old San Juan was my stomping grounds for years, this hotel has now been added to my list of favorite spots. This is our second stay at Casablanca Hotel and the highlight of our stay is always the staff, particularly MIGUEL is the coolest, hippest, friendliest and helpful, receptionist. Since my first call, he was able to address my concerns politely and effectively without losing the human touch. Room was great, high ceilings, comfy bed and AC, and a balcony and windows. The wooden "curtains" also keep the room nearly blacked out.
Hotel itself was beautiful. The rooftops (one with soaking tubs, one with three hot tubs) was a great addition if you're looking to just relax with your travel buddies instead of going out to the Old San Juan bars
Location - easy walk to restaurants and bars in old San Juan. Great sports bar next door (Greengo's) we watched Euro finals at in case you want to catch some games read less

It's in a great location in Old San Juan - close to many restaurants, clubs, sights. The rooms were very nicely decorated and comfortable. A couple were on the smaller size, but typical for the area. I was most impressed with their rapid reply to our email/contacts since we had two other hotels cancel our reservations due to the hurricane/FEMA situation. Their front desk staff was excellent and it was also nice to have them hold our luggage after check-out so that we could spend more time in the city before going to the cruise ship.
