The hotel is very charming. Rooms are small (which wasn’t an issue) and nicely decorated. Perfect location. Front desk staff was very friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

2 night pre-cruise stay Historic, unique older hotel with some modern amenities. Smaller rooms with balconies were great just not alot of room to navigate with luggage. Rooftop area was very cool, we were able to see cruise ships arrive and depart. No pool but you have to try the tubs on the roof. Totally a have to try at least once.Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations for dinner and street food favorites. Breakfast downstairs was very enjoyable. Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service

Nice small boutique like hotel. Very artsy. No pool or workout rooms like the chain hotels. Off one of the Rick streets in old San Juan. Walking distance to both Castillo Cristobal and the other. Not really any parking unless you park on the street. Semi private jacuzzi on the rooftop and sitting/smoking area. The decor is beautiful. Price is reasonable. Customer service is good. You need a negative CoVid test or vaccine to enter.

Beautiful rooms, close to so many things. Didn't stay long but enough to see beautiful spacious rooms. Nice roof area. It still had some construction going on but not that much. Step out the door and there are several restaurants and attractions nearby. Wish I was there longer. Most of the staff were charming and friendly. What a great hotel in the heart of Old San Juan! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the small side but nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. We asked for a room with a terrace, which made a big difference, I suppose, as some reviews complained that their room had no window. The terrace had a small table with two chairs and looked out over the street…lovely. The hotel has two rooftop sitting areas that offer a great view and have comfortable seating with protection from the sun. Both rooftops have hot tubs, one with individual hot tubs and the other with typical hot tubs for several people. The breakfast is varied and quite delicious. The hotel is uniquely decorated and so interesting. My favorite thing in the hotel is the “speakeasy” bar. It is exactly what I imagine a “speakeasy” to have been: small and dark but very comfortable and a full bar. If you want a chain hotel experience or super luxurious accommodations, stay elsewhere, but you’re really missing out. I highly recommend the Casa Blanca.

Amazing stay. Hotel was located in the middle of everything. Minutes from the beach and walks from the amusements. Room was a little small but didn’t mind since with was a room over look the main road from the balcony. Miguel (staff member) was amazing. Made us feel at home and had answers for all our questions and needs. Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Great, Unique Hotel Capturing the Spirit of Old San Juan From the unique decor (reflecting the Moroccan influence Spanish architecture), the comfortable rooms, and the staff which is unusually helpful (especially for Puerto Rico) - this was a great find. The location is perfect, next to to best restaurants in Old San Juan, and the rooftop terrace and baths are one of a kind. Will definitely be back!

I love this hotel, price is perfect, staff is helpful and location in Old San Juan is great. It's my hub for getting out and about. They do not have parking, but if you rent a car you can park at Doña Fela. Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Hotel met and exceeded all my needs. I was in town for the LoLa Challenge. The room was excellent for what I wanted. The tubs on the top floor came in very handy post race for soaking myself in epsom salt. Hotel is very beautiful inside and out and the Casablanca theme is well represented throughout the entire hotel! The hotel itself is centrally located and within walking distance to everything. I would highly recommended this hotel for a family stay also. Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Perfect central location for OSJ CasaBlanca hotel offers outstanding service and communication, a fantastic central location to be fully immersed in Old San Juan culture, nice clean rooms, and a fabulous rooftop hangout. The only downside of our experience was the shower being in the bedroom without a fan made for a very humid room. Overall great value and would stay again.

Fantastic property! The young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, and was just so accommodating. It’s such a cute little hotel, right in the middle of everything. Absolutely everything you could want to do in a short vacation is just a walk away. We will be staying here on future trips! San Juan Gem Terrific location, walking distance to everything you want to do/see/taste, the Casa Blanca Hotel is a San Juan gem. It is a converted textile factory, and they spared no expense to lux the design. We really loved our short stay and would recommend it again. The rooms are tiny but well appointed and the beds are comfortable. P.S. directly across the street is Marmalade Restaurant - the #1 Rated Restaurant in Puerto Rico. Let me start out by saying, some of the photos do not do the property justice. The quaint 8 room , 2 rooftop suite hotel is magnificent.
Charming is a basic description. I am in love !!!!
Each room is different and yet the property keeps the same rustic Spanish feel. As the Front reception agent said, " It allows you to feel Old San Juan."
We stayed in the King upgrade with twin daybed in a stepdown room. The same room holds a straight back chair in one corner and an armoire. This is also equipped with a pack n play, umbrella, and iron with board.
The price, locations, and staff make it a "No brainer "
