I love this hotel!! We stayed on the first floor in a suite. It was such a cute hotel and just like the pictures online. The staff is friendly, warm and super helpful. Located in the heart of old San Juan, the location couldn’t be better. You can walk to eat, drink, tour the city, etc. The hotel has expanded and has more rooms now, about 20 additional plus an elevator was put in a couple of years ago! We will stay in Casa Blanca on our next trip!!! Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Cute little hotel I loved starting here and would definitely recommend. It's an old style hotel with so much to offer if you don't care about luxuries. Bed was so comfortable and everything was clean. I would stay here again and again! Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Staying at Villa Herencia made my feel like a princess. My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying three nights here on a recent visit to Old San Juan. We first stayed two nights at the beginning of our trip and decided to stay an extra night at the end of our trip because we loved it so much. There are 8 rooms, each with a mix of contemporary and antique decor, some with high ceilings, exposed wooden beams and old floor tiles. The front desk staff was helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Breakfast is served in the dinning room with a high ceiling and exposed wood beams on a 16+ person table. I loved the eclectic mix of zebra stripped chairs, contemporary paintings and the chandelier above. Breakfast included coffee, tea, juice, cereal, yogurt, fruit and three different types of delicious fresh baked bread. Old San Juan is easily navigated by foot but if you need to park a car there is a lot close by run by El Convento that offers a special rate for guests of Villa Herencia. Other perks to Villa Herencia included the roof deck with shade, a sweet smelling courtyard, an avocado tree, luxurious beds and hearty AC systems in each room..

Wonderful stay at unique hotel This hotel is such a gem! Beautiful decor, helpful staff, great location! We were only able to stay for a night, but the location was perfect as a base of operations for exploring Old San Juan. There a many restaurants and shops one block over and the fort is a quick 10 minute walk.

We stayed here for 2 night of a 2 week vacation and it was perfect for our purposes. Room was ok. The TV didn't work but overall the room was clean and comfortable. We hung out on the rooftop a little bit but didn't use the hot tubs. The breakfast from the restaurant was good. We had good service from the wait staff and the front desk. Excellent location for exploring old San Juan. We enjoyed our stay. Worth the price.

Great, Unique Hotel Capturing the Spirit of Old San Juan From the unique decor (reflecting the Moroccan influence Spanish architecture), the comfortable rooms, and the staff which is unusually helpful (especially for Puerto Rico) - this was a great find. The location is perfect, next to to best restaurants in Old San Juan, and the rooftop terrace and baths are one of a kind. Will definitely be back!

We were greeted by Miguel a very friendly, warm and helpful front desk receptionist. The hotel was perfect for our family stay. We stayed in a superior suite in the South tower which had two bed rooms and a quaint balcony. One room had a king bed and the other room had two twins. Beds were comfy. The hotel had a lot of character and was clean. The terrace had interesting tubs and lounge chairs but had a great view. It was centrally located with walking distance to lots of restaurants and historic sites. Parking was offsite with several options to choose from. We would definitely stay there again. Lovely boutique hotel We had a superior suite for two adults and two teens. The kids had a separate room with two twin beds. Love the eclectic decor! Our room had a balcony overlooking Calle Fortaleza, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the street in the evening. Easy to walk area, lots of shops and restaurants. Loved Spiga for coffee and pastry in the morning! The A/C worked well and the cold water in the lobby was appreciated. Our flight arrived after midnight, and check in was easy and we were able to buy a couple of cold beers after our travel day! Uber to and from airport ~$15 each way. Definitely would return!

Everyone on staff was very friendly. We were sad to leave but we are planning a second visit and we will definitely be coming back to Casa Blanca! LOVED. IT. Also, gotta say it’s super cute too, nice art on the walls and morrocan like patterns on textiles. There’s also a breakfast restaurant there, the western omelet was delicious. (Not included but prices aren’t bad) Thank you!!! Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Right in the heart of old San Juan! Walking distance to everything. We could even walk yo our cruise ship with our luggage. The desk clerk was so nice and the Hotel was even nicer than the pictures. We showed up a day before our cruise and enjoyed the Forts. They will also hold your luggage after you check out so you can explorer while you are waiting to board your cruise! The rooftop deck has outside bath tubs to relax while enjoying a bottle of wine. We will be back!

Friendly, charming boutique hotel in Old San Juan Centrally located in Old San Juan, close to municipal parking. Friendly and attentive staff. Small, quiet room, but that comes with the location of old Spanish architecture, it was very nicely renovated. Great rooftop deck. We appreciated the ice machine - got an ice bucket daily to cool our beverages after a day of walking. Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Just enough class with plenty of quirkiness. Couldn't ask for a better location in old San Juan. Cozy, clean, and inspiring. The staff at Casablanca were incredibly accommodating - When a tour unexpectedly ran late, they were gracious enough to let us check out VERY late without any issues. Highly recommend!
