Love it! Loved Old San Juan and Casablanca is right smack dab in the middle. Miquel at the front desk was amazing in helping us find beaches and restaurants. The lobby looks like something out of the movie (which is playing) I would recommend this place for couples. Nothing to do for kids (no pool) And be sure your room has a window. Wonderful Hotel We stayed here a few days before our cruise. We wanted to explore Old San Juan. Located a few blocks from the cruise port=excellent.. We arrived and were greated by friendly staff. The bellhop helped us with our luggage. We stayed on the fourth floor two room Superior Suite with a balcony overlooking the street below. Great room indeed=kids loved having their own room and I loved the balcony. The rooftop lounge area was so relaxing. We'd sit up there watching the nightlife below. The lobby was very stunning. clean, modern, with Casablanca always playing. If you want a beautiful hotel in the heart of historic city)everything easy walk away) and one that is super close to cruise port==stay at this charming hotel.

Loved this hotel! Perfect stay in old San Juan! Great location, comfy bed, such friendly and helpful staff! Cynthia at the front desk was very warm and welcoming when we arrived and took the time with us to give her suggestions of where to eat in old San Juan. She gave us suggestions of a variety of places she thought we would enjoy. Also gave us suggestions for beaches to visit and good tips for visiting the rainforest. We felt very grateful for her time and kindness.

Fantastic vacation stay in old town San Juan We were blown away by the beauty, charm and comfort of this hotel. The lobby, rooftop and rooms are stunning. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the property is well maintained and clean. It’s location is perfect for walking everywhere in old town San Juan. When I return I will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel for the price Very nice people, all bilingual , vending machine allows you to use app or pay cash, they remote controlled air conditioning , flat screen tv, stone bath on roof . Such a great location! Close to everything in Old San Juan. Felt safe the entire time! I tried booking again a week out since that's when we'd come back from our cruise, but to no surprise, they are already full. I will reserve more nights next time! The hotel was beautiful, very clean and sanitized. The hotel staff was very warm, welcoming and helpful, Also bilingual for those who are not. The room was cozy. The location is great! I also liked the view from the roof top, and I loved the roof top stone bath. Breakfast was delicious, and not very expensive at all. I will highly recommend this hotel, and I will stay here again. 2 Nights pre-cruise My husband & I stayed here for 2 nights prior to our cruise. We were both very pleased with the level of service we received. Our flight arrived early on the 8th. Michael (night shift coordinator) was on duty when we arrived. He stored our luggage and suggested a great cafe to go have breakfast. When we returned Jorge the daytime service coordinator was on duty. For a very small fee we were able to have early check in as they had a room made up for us while we were at breakfast.
Other members of our group arrived later that afternoon, & Jorge made sure they knew where to find us.
The rooms are not large and amenities in the room are limited. That said, it is very clean & the staff was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome hotel! A small boutique style hotel with a local feel right in the middle of Old San Juan. The cafe is open from 8am-1pm and serves really delicious food. The roof top has 3 hot tubs and a small seating area. If available, ask to stay on a top floor room. The rooms on the bottom floor especially near the elevator are extremely noisy.

Quality Service The hotel staff and the room we’re exceptional. We were able to check in early without an issue. Our room had a balcony which added to the romantic ambience. Parking is a little inconvenient as it’s a short little walk, but hotel guests get a discount and it’s a safe and secure place to park. There is limited street parking.

This hotel looked straight out of HGTV. The decor is beautiful. You can't go wrong here, especially for the price. Our room was small, but, it didn't bother us. It looked exceptionally clean. The soaking tubs on the roof are a great amenity. The staff was awesome. Location is great. Great place to stay while in Old San Juan.
