Love this Hotel We've stayed here twice and really love it! The staff is wonderful and very helpful with anything that you would need. The rooms are smaller but very comfortable and nicely decorated. They have a restaurant on site which is also very good, opened from 8am to 1pm (breakfast and lunch only).

Great find. Miguel at the front desk is amazing. We stayed 2 days before leaving for a cruise then a day after. He remembered us after a week. Be sure to ask for a room with a window. 5F is quite nice however 2I not so much. Hotel is in the heart of old San Juan. Every thing is walkable, except the Pan America cruise terminal but taxis are regulated so $15-20 will get you there. For $7 you can tour the castle (El Morro) and the fort (San Cristobol) Best mofongo is at Raice's 2 blocks down towards the waterfront. ENJOY Old San Juan. Its a treasure and Casablanca lies in the heart of it all! Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

We stayed here for several days recently. Everything was extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly. We got stuck in the curfew with the virus going around, and the staff accommodated us and gave us a refund for the days we weren't able to stay, because we had to leave early. Air conditioners are ice cold, and rooms are higher quality than others have posted. Rooftop is great to hang out on, with nice tubs to soak in as well. The hotel is right in the middle of the action in Old San Juan, and has a very historical feel. Only a 10 minute walk from a very nice beach across from the capital building. A++++ we will be back!

Lovely Boutique hotel in the middle of old town San Jose This quaint and interesting hotel is truly something different. Lots of history, art and style. Rooms are small but comfortable. There is a very cool little bar with Julio tending and making the most delicious drinks that you could choose to take to the rooftop bar. Truly one of a kin, highly recommended.

The hotel is in a good location to walk all of Old San Juan. Every staff member we met was friendly and extremely helpful. We forgot a pair of glasses in our room. The hotel contacted us while we we’re traveling back home and has promised to send the glasses back to us via UPS. That’s excellent service! CasaBlanca Hotel is an absolute gem both inside and out. Located in the beautiful Calle Fortaleza of Old San Juan, this hotel offers an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops and attractions within walking distance. The staff, service and decor deserves no less than 10 stars. If you're renting a car for your stay, there is a huge 24 hour parking deck two blocks down for only $4!!! I loved every minute of my stay here and will definitely be returning!

Lovely room, cool and convenient in Old San Juan. Easy walk to everywhere. Fabulous staff, great English, fresh sheets every day (great on a beach vacation), always free filtered ice water to refill your bottles in the lobby, Touches of the namesake movie everywhere. Fun giant cabana tubs on top deck with view of city, and very reasonable rates! A four-star stay. Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

San Juan Gem Terrific location, walking distance to everything you want to do/see/taste, the Casa Blanca Hotel is a San Juan gem. It is a converted textile factory, and they spared no expense to lux the design. We really loved our short stay and would recommend it again. The rooms are tiny but well appointed and the beds are comfortable. P.S. directly across the street is Marmalade Restaurant - the #1 Rated Restaurant in Puerto Rico. Very nice hotel in great location This is a lovely hotel in a great location for visiting Old San Juan. The staff are very friendly and helpful, everywhere is very clean and you can watch the film Casablanca all day long!
We had a room on the fourth floor overlooking the street. It had a balcony with chairs and table, really nice place to sit and watch the world go by. The room was very clean and although not big was adequate.
We also enjoyed sitting in the small roof garden during the late afternoon.
The hotel is in easy walking distance of all the main attractions in Old San Juan.
Highly recommended.

We were greeted by Miguel a very friendly, warm and helpful front desk receptionist. The hotel was perfect for our family stay. We stayed in a superior suite in the South tower which had two bed rooms and a quaint balcony. One room had a king bed and the other room had two twins. Beds were comfy. The hotel had a lot of character and was clean. The terrace had interesting tubs and lounge chairs but had a great view. It was centrally located with walking distance to lots of restaurants and historic sites. Parking was offsite with several options to choose from. We would definitely stay there again. Right in the heart of old San Juan! Walking distance to everything. We could even walk yo our cruise ship with our luggage. The desk clerk was so nice and the Hotel was even nicer than the pictures. We showed up a day before our cruise and enjoyed the Forts. They will also hold your luggage after you check out so you can explorer while you are waiting to board your cruise! The rooftop deck has outside bath tubs to relax while enjoying a bottle of wine. We will be back!

Best Stay in Puerto Rico This is the 3rd time we stayed at Casa Blanca and each time it gets better. The staff make you feel like you’re at home. The hotel is centered right in the midst of all the restaurants, shops and local activities. The rooftop is the icing on the cake! We’ll be back in December and we’ll be staying @ Casa Blanca Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

From being dropped off at the front door of Casablanca May 12 until we were picked up by taxi at 4 am on May 15, we were blown away at the friendliness of the staff and their eagerness to see to our every need and to ensure we felt at home for our stay. The lobby, dining area, rooftop spa and city viewing area were everything and more than expected from our preview of Casablanca prior to booking our stay. The room we stayed in was beautiful, comfortable and tastefully decorated following the theme of the hotel. We are definitely planning a return visit to Old San Juan and Casablanca will be our hotel of choice. Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
