Very cozy, homey vibe. Friendly and helpful staff, who are more than ready to help from carrying bags to local food or entertainment options. As advertised, right in the heart of Old San Juan, so you really get a feel for the city. Just a few minutes walk to the historical tourist areas, which offer breathtaking views. 10/10 recommended and if I come to PR again will definitely stay there

Bed was very very comfortable bathroom was smaller than I expected. I had breakfast which I really didn’t care for and which you have to pay for separately because the restaurant is separate from the hotel even though it’s in the lobby. The people who work there are very kind and attentive.Overall I loved where it was located in old San Juan so I would definitely stay there again. wonderful home away from home The hotel was lovely and the owner paid a lot of attention to detail in the Moroccan theme. We had last minute travel changes thanks to Hurricane Dorian. Thankfully, with the help of my in-laws, we were able to get a reservation at this adorable boutique hotel. From the moment we entered and waited to check-in at the desk, my husband and I fell in love with this business. The art is funky and eclectic while instilling a "get to know your fellow travelers in the lobby" kind of vibe. The front desk staff we interacted with were both helpful and charming. Due to the impending storm during our stay, most of the local businesses were boarded up and closed our first day there. We were able to find a few restaurants that were open, all of which were slammed with a constant flow of customers but unfortunately were not able to find a supermarket open by afternoon. The man at the front desk was quick to run around (in the rain) to find out which bodegas were still open. We were not expecting this service but were extremely pleased and he was able to point out exactly where they were on the map available at the front desk. The tubs on the roof were lovely, albeit a bit cold after being rained on all day. All in all, we loved their hospitality and have already discussed returning to Old San Juan and staying here on future Caribbean trips.

Wonderful stay at unique hotel This hotel is such a gem! Beautiful decor, helpful staff, great location! We were only able to stay for a night, but the location was perfect as a base of operations for exploring Old San Juan. There a many restaurants and shops one block over and the fort is a quick 10 minute walk.

Great location, great customer service LOCATION AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This hotel is in a great location in Old San Juan--we are 60ish and not "fit" by any means but was able to walk to San Cristobel and around the fort and back, then rest and go out and walk around for a few more hours. Plenty of restaurants in the area, including one in the restaurant--breakfast was great, also a limited supper menu with plenty of food served. This is an older holder, so our room was rather small once we got two large and two small suitcases in, and the bathroom was small but all was very clean. What did set this hotel apart was the staff was amazing--not just one or two but every one we came in contact with for two days. Awesome hotel! A small boutique style hotel with a local feel right in the middle of Old San Juan. The cafe is open from 8am-1pm and serves really delicious food. The roof top has 3 hot tubs and a small seating area. If available, ask to stay on a top floor room. The rooms on the bottom floor especially near the elevator are extremely noisy.

Charming Lobby This boutique hotel was beyond cute! Loved the lobby, rooftop, and staff. The room was nice and clean. Only downfall was the sound level. The doors have a small crack so every morning I was woken up by children playing in a hotel room nearby. Other than than, the place was really nice.

CasaBlanca had great service! We encountered 3 front desk staff members throughout our stay that were phenomenal! From greeting us upon arrival, grabbing our luggage, recommending what to do in Old San Juan to calling us a cab for our early flight (when Uber wasn't available). This hotel was perfect for my needs. It was at an incredible location in Old San Juan - right near lots of tourist attractions. It was better priced than other similar hotels in the area. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was also very quaint and romantic. There are tubs on the roof which are very romantic to bathe in. My room was not very big, but it had everything I needed, and I wouldn't have needed more space. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

We checked in 3/12/2019 at the hotel I must say that the young man that helped us did a great job accommodating us , considering the reservation wasn't what I wanted ! ( I booked through booking .com by mistake ) as I usually go directly through the hotel website anytime I book a reservation!
The room we had was great all the comforts of home , the staff was great very accommodating and the breakfast in the morning very nicely done ! On our last day they called us a cab to the airport it was so nice it just made it easier for our trip ! I would recommend Villa Herencia Hotel to anyone traveling to Old San Juan thank you for the wonderful stay at your beautiful hotel we will definitely stay again

Friendly, charming boutique hotel in Old San Juan Centrally located in Old San Juan, close to municipal parking. Friendly and attentive staff. Small, quiet room, but that comes with the location of old Spanish architecture, it was very nicely renovated. Great rooftop deck. This is the 1st hotel I always try to book whenever I visit Puerto Rico. The price is always reasonable, I like to location in OSJ near the garages . This property is consistent in their, cleanness, working AC, hot water and attentiveness. The staff is always helpful and sweet. I travel mostly by myself and I feel safe in the property. Nice hotel for the price Very nice people, all bilingual , vending machine allows you to use app or pay cash, they remote controlled air conditioning , flat screen tv, stone bath on roof . My Family and I absolutely loved Casa Blanca. It's interior is very cool and unique. It has kind of a Boho/Moroccan feel. The locarion is perfect for walking just about anywhere in Old San Juan. Jorge works the front desk and he is really nice , super helpful and went the extra mile to accomidated us. The roof top tubs were also really neat. My girla got a kick out of them. The only down side is that being in the heart of Old San Juan, there was no hotel parking. We parked a couple blocks away and it was an easy walk. Cancellation Refund We were scheduled to go on a cruise which required a negative covid test 3 days prior to boarding. Unfortunately, my daughter tested positive. Although the hotel policy states 48 hour notification, and we were outside of the cancellation window, they provided a refund.
